What we check before we quote

  • Dock access and door dimensions — a 12-foot truck bay changes the whole rig plan.
  • Rigging points and ceiling height — some ballrooms simply can't fly what the design calls for.
  • House labor rules — union venues need their crew hours scoped into the budget from day one.
  • Power distribution — older properties often need a temporary tie-in.

We keep venue notes on every property we've worked in across Harrisburg, Lancaster, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and the DMV. Ask us before you sign a contract, not after.
